The floor sweeper delivered as advertised on the video, the only difference was that I used it to pick up debris in a job site that had to do with construction and it performed and is still performing as expected. What a fantastic product.

Cleaning printing presses took days. SM2000 halves the time. Blew a fuse, Monica FaceTimed to locate it & mailed 5 free ones. Wish it was lighter to drag around.
Old church carpets look fresh. SM350 beats our old spot cleaner. Hand tool cracked, rep sent a free heavy-duty one with a video. Hard to maneuver in tight pews.
We love our unit. We also love that it has easy to find replacment parts.
SM350 dries way faster than our old machine. Ripped a gasket, Ben FaceTimed a quick fix and sent a free seal. The power button is in an awkward spot tho.
Grinding takes forever. SM2000 cleans welds instantly! Cracked the ice screen, a tech sent a free replacement and video. Buying ice daily is a huge logistical pain.

Customer cars smell so much better now. SM350 rocks. Sucked up a coin and cracked a tube, support sent a free replacement and video. Water tank is a bit small.
Sandblasting ruined wood. SM2000 strips stain gently! Hose connector froze and snapped, CS sent a free one and a tutorial. Ice blocks bridge in the hopper sometimes.
Chemicals took hours. SM2000 blasts carbon off in mins! Trigger jammed, Monica FaceTimed a quick fix & sent a free valve. You definitely need earplugs tho, it's loud.
Scrubbing car seats by hand sucked. SM350 pulls years of dirt out! Broke a wand tip, Ben FaceTimed a fix & sent a free one. The power cord is kinda stiff tho.

The guys learned it in 5 mins. SM350 lifts deep dirt fast. Cracked a hose connector, support sent a free one and a tutorial link. Getting dirty water out is annoying.
Fire jobs are tough. SM2000 pulls soot out of brick perfectly! Snapped a dial, CS sent a free knob and a repair video. Storage for the machine is a bit annoying.
Quitar pintura vieja tomaba días. SM2000 lo hace en horas! Perdí el tapón, Monica me envió dos gratis y un video. La máquina es muy pesada para moverla sola.
Greasy dining carpets... yuck. SM350 cuts right through it. Broke the spray nozzle, CS FaceTimed me to swap it with a free spare. Wish the hose was longer.

I gave this product a 5 star review because I am overly impressed with the battery life (runtime), extremely lightweight, and the suction it has. I previously used the milwaukee m18 backpack which is nowhere near as good in these categories. However on the 1st day putting the unit on my back both shoulder straps tore loose from the stitching. This definitely needs to be addressed. Fortunately I am very mechanically inclined and fixed the issue instead of returning it. I also felt the hose was too long but I modified that as well. Other than that it is a great product. Hopefully it's long lasting going forward.
