Nice heat clean well I like it

I needed a replacement hose and it was shipped fast and the communication regarding my order was great. It fit perfect and kept us running.

I gave this product a 5 star review because I am overly impressed with the battery life (runtime), extremely lightweight, and the suction it has. I previously used the milwaukee m18 backpack which is nowhere near as good in these categories. However on the 1st day putting the unit on my back both shoulder straps tore loose from the stitching. This definitely needs to be addressed. Fortunately I am very mechanically inclined and fixed the issue instead of returning it. I also felt the hose was too long but I modified that as well. Other than that it is a great product. Hopefully it's long lasting going forward.

Very good product

Always receive great service and shipping. I am having trouble with the 24v Vacuum motor not lasting very long. This is the third one in two years. I do not know if we are doing something wrong with the maintenance of the scrubber or if the part is just not that good. We run the scrubber for around 20 minutes a day Monday thru Friday. I would appreciate any feedback that might help in the future.

I have been using it for a year, its very useful in the winter time here in Ohio because of the salt residue that my mops can't get off the floors. I am not sure if y'all will see this I purchased a machine and it's working great the only thing is while I'm use the nozzle came apart it two pieces other than that it works great

Pure constant wind! We use it in the shop and it moves more air than any fan. With temps well into the 90s and humidity that just makes you feel like a slug this monster air mover really does the job!
